VitalFort LLC Return and Refund Policy

Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every product purchased from VitalFort LLC. Please review our policy on returns and refunds below.
1. Overview
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of medical, health, and personal hygiene products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any product that is opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items requiring a sanitary seal that has been broken (e.g., opened masks, gloves, or certain compression/wound care items).
- Final sale or clearance items.
3. Return Process
- Request: To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service team via email at Admin@vitalforkllc.com within 30 days of receipt and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at Admin@vitalforkllc.com for authorization and instructions.
